Booking and confirmation

A booking exists once we have confirmed it in writing — by WhatsApp, e-mail or SMS — with the date, time, route, vehicle and price. No deposit is taken and no card details are collected at the time of booking.

Prices

All prices are in euros, per vehicle, one way unless stated otherwise, and fixed at the moment of confirmation. They include the driver, fuel, all tolls, ferry tickets where the route uses one, airport parking, child seats, luggage and VAT. Changes requested during the journey — an additional stop or a second drop-off address — are agreed and priced before they happen.

Pick-up

The driver comes to the agreed place at the agreed time, and for airport arrivals to the actual landing time, which we follow through the flight number. Longer stops or waiting that was not agreed at booking are charged separately and agreed in advance.

Delays and cancellations

We track the flight number provided at booking; a delayed flight moves the pick-up at no cost. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the pick-up are free. A cancelled or diverted flight is always free of charge. If a passenger does not appear and does not make contact the driver, the transfer is treated as a no-show.

Passengers and luggage

The number of passengers and pieces of luggage must be stated at booking, because the vehicle is assigned on that basis. Children must travel in an appropriate seat; we provide them free of charge when the ages are given in advance.

Cross-border travel

For transfers to Croatia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia or Kosovo, each passenger is responsible for holding a valid passport or accepted identity document and any visa required. The vehicle's cross-border permit and insurance are our responsibility.

Liability

Passengers are covered by the vehicle's statutory insurance. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, road closures, border queues or industrial action, although we will always try to find an alternative.
