Everything people ask us before booking a transfer in Montenegro — and a few things worth knowing that they do not think to ask.
Get a fixed priceThe driver waits in the arrivals hall, just past customs, holding a sign with your name on it. Podgorica Airport has a single small terminal, so you cannot miss each other. If your phone is on, you will also get a message with the driver's name, number and the vehicle.
Nothing, from your side. We track the flight number you gave us and the pick-up simply moves with it. A delayed flight is never charged for — the driver comes for the new landing time.
Per vehicle. Four people travelling together pay the same as one. The quote includes the driver, fuel, tolls, the Sozina tunnel, ferry tickets where the route needs them and airport parking.
Cash in euros to the driver at the end of the ride, or by card. Companies and agencies can be invoiced monthly. No deposit is needed to book and we never ask for card details by e-mail.
Yes — baby seats, child seats and boosters, at no extra cost. Tell us the children's ages when you book so the right seat is fitted before the driver leaves.
Usually yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your flight number and destination; if a car is free you will have a confirmation within minutes. Booking a day ahead is still safer in July and August.
Yes, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Most Podgorica arrivals land late in the evening and night transfers are our normal work — with no night surcharge on an agreed price.
Yes. We hold the licences and insurance for cross-border transfers to Dubrovnik, Tirana, Shkodër, Sarajevo and Belgrade. Every passenger needs a valid passport and any visa required for that country.
A day or two is comfortable for most of the year. In July and August, and for anything with more than four passengers, book as soon as you have the flight — Saturdays fill up fast.
You will have the driver's mobile number and our office number before you fly. Podgorica's arrivals hall is one room, so this almost never happens — and if a flight lands early, the driver is already there.
No. Luggage is included as long as it fits the car. The Passat boot takes three large suitcases and two smaller bags. For skis, golf clubs or a bicycle, tell us in advance so we arrange a bigger vehicle.
A short stop is normally fine — say so when you book so the driver plans the time. A longer detour is quoted as extra, agreed before you travel rather than argued about afterwards.
Yes, in a carrier or on a blanket we bring. Tell us the size of the animal when booking.
Yes. We are a registered Montenegrin carrier, the drivers hold professional licences, and passengers are covered by the vehicle's insurance.
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up — and always free if your flight is cancelled. Nothing is charged when you book, so there is nothing to refund.
Yes, for companies and for anyone who needs one for expenses. Ask when you book and it will be ready with the vehicle.
English on every transfer, plus Montenegrin, Serbian, Bosnian and Croatian. Russian and German can be arranged if you ask in advance.
Yes — Tirana, Shkodër, Sarajevo, Mostar, Trebinje, Belgrade and Priština are all routes we run, with the required cross-border licences and insurance. Every passenger needs a valid passport.
