Get a fixed priceThe road from the airport runs south along Lake Skadar, through the 4.2 km Sozina tunnel, and comes out on the coast near Sutomore. From there the Adriatic highway carries you north past Petrovac and Buljarica into Budva. It is roughly 65 km and takes about an hour in normal traffic.
In July and August the last stretch through Petrovac and Bečići can add 20–30 minutes, especially between 16:00 and 20:00. Our drivers know when to take the old Cetinje road instead, and the price you were quoted does not change because of traffic — a fixed fare is a fixed fare.
The Sozina tunnel toll and all other road costs are already included in the price we quote you. There is nothing extra to pay at the end of the ride.

The Old Town of Budva is pedestrian-only. We stop at the closest legal point — usually the parking by the Old Town gate or the marina — which is a two-minute walk from most apartments inside the walls.
Podgorica Airport is small and the number of taxis meeting a late-evening flight is limited. When three aircraft land within half an hour — which happens most summer evenings — the rank empties fast, and the fare to Budva is negotiated on the spot.
